i wanted to post a quick what i wore for yesterday. mama and i went out to do a little shopping. we stopped by craft warehouse and i picked up a sweet deer. it's funny.. since i work in the frame shop, i never really see what else we have in the store..
afterwards, i swayed mama to go with me to our neighborhood goodwill. lucky we did! i found this fantastic navy blue velvet coat. albeit for $15 (can we talk about how outrageous goodwill prices are these days?! hello, i thought you were goodwill??) but it fits so well and i LOVE navy.
i also snagged this wool GAP blazer. i have no doubt it will be worth the $10.
in addition, i found these little owl plaques! *sigh* have i mentioned how much i love owls? maybe i take after my grandmother.. she was always fond of them, too.
picked up a piece of glass, too, because i needed something for some dried flowers that i got a few weeks ago. someone at valley art gallery in forest grove always dries the neatest flowers and i just love filling my little vases with them. anyway, here is a photo of the deer i bought at work and the glass with my lovely flowers..
