the other day happened to be quite windy, and i knew exactly which dress to wear. i've had this f21 dress for a few years, and i love wearing it best when there is a gust to let it trail behind me. i wore it, of course, with my mustard sweater from target, my favorite navy wedges from nordstrom rack, and added my windmill necklace for kicks! it really turns! i found it for a few dollars in a trinket drawer at an antique shop. i love it so much.
